Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same day. We don't process orders on weekends or holidays — our team needs their candy breaks too. 🍬

Warm Weather Warning — Please Read!

Some of our products — including chocolate bark, caramel brittle, and select gummies — are sensitive to heat. During warmer months (or if you're in a warm climate year-round), we strongly recommend choosing expedited or express shipping to keep your treats in tip-top shape.

We are not responsible for products that melt or become damaged due to heat during transit. If you're ordering something temperature-sensitive, please plan to receive your package promptly and avoid leaving it sitting on a hot porch. Your candy deserves better than that. 🫠

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We're working hard to bring TwistedTreatz to the rest of the world — international shipping is coming soon! 🌍

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to stalk your package every step of the way — we totally get it. 👀

Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Because we deal in food products, we're unable to accept returns on opened or consumed items — health and safety regulations and all that grown-up stuff. But we truly want you to love every order, so if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, missing items, or just plain wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@twistedtreatz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and sort it out — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Unopened Items

Changed your mind? Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Please contact us at customercare@twistedtreatz.com to initiate a return before sending anything back.

⚠️ Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged goods, etc.).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit — hang tight, it's on its way! 💸

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're so sorry if this happens! If your tracking shows delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing, contact us at customercare@twistedtreatz.com and we'll do our best to help. Please note that TwistedTreatz is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
